Corndell Image Library - Terms and Conditions

The images contained in this image library ("Image Library") are the copyright of Corndell Furniture Co Ltd ("Corndell"), Windrush Industrial Park, Burford Road, Witney, Oxfordshire OX29 7DZ, United Kingdom.

Any unauthorised reproduction, copying or publication of Corndell images is an infringement of copyright. USE OF ANY IMAGE FROM THIS IMAGE LIBRARY BY YOU IMPLIES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENCE SET OUT BELOW.

Corndell hereby grants to the individual or company given access to the Image Library by Corndell ("the User") a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use images from the Image Library under the conditions and for the purposes set out below. No other use is permitted and Corndell reserves the right to revoke this licence or exercise any other rights it may have at will and without prior notice.

This licence will only apply to the User. Supply of images from any other source does not carry this licence. The User may not transfer, sell or otherwise distribute Corndell copyright material to any other party except for the purposes and under the conditions specified in clause 3. below.

The images on this Image Library may be reproduced by the User on the User's website/s for the purpose of advertising in brochures, leaflets, pamphlets, press advertisements or editorial, point-of-sale displays, exhibition displays or promotional material for Corndell products or the User's retail outlet for the purposes of advertising. Use of the images from the Image Library for any other purpose whatsoever is prohibited except where such use has been expressly authorised by a Director or the Marketing Manager of Corndell.

With the exception of cropping so that an image may conform to a particular size no image downloaded by the User from this Image Library may be altered or changed or subjected to any treatment which in the reasonable opinion of Corndell is considered derogatory. Corndell has the right to have any image which is either altered or subjected to derogatory treatment withdrawn immediately from any website or form of printed publication.

Wherever an image or images from the Image Library are used they will be clearly identified as a Corndell product or an image containing Corndell products. If images downloaded from this Image Library are not so identified Corndell has the right that any such unidentified images are removed from view or publication.

Issue of this licence to a User does not imply Corndell's willingness to trade or continue to trade with that User. In the event that Corndell ceases to trade with a User all images from the Image Library will be removed from all Web and print and/or promotional material within seven days of the ceasing of trade.

Corndell will have the right to demand the immediate withdrawl of all images in use by a User which have been downloaded from the Image Library in the event that a User fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions contained herein.

Trading websites (online stores). If you wish to use images within your online store, written permission is required from a Director of Corndell.
